PROJECT

PORT COOGEE MARINA

The evolution of Port Coogee Marina continues, with Pavement Innovations selected to support additional stages of works within this growing coastal precinct. This phase introduces a newly constructed public walkway running alongside the marina’s boat pens, enhancing accessibility and activating the waterfront for residents and visitors alike.

For this stage, Pavement Innovations supplied Stone Merchants Murchison River feature walling blocks, installed using the Bautek BOND and BED system. The striking, twisting stone wall brings visual interest to the space, complementing the natural coastal surroundings.

Bautek MASTIC HP played a critical role in the vertical walling and stair cladding, supporting the installation of natural stone elements. As a high performance, polymer-modified C2S1TE adhesive, it offers excellent low slump properties making it ideal for vertical surfaces.

Pavement Innovations’ continued involvement at Port Coogee reflects its reputation as a trusted supplier of high performance paving and installation systems for complex, design led environments.
