The project has reimagined the surrounding land to deliver activated public spaces, including landscaped terraces, a nature playground, a parkour course, and timber seating crafted from materials salvaged from the original stadium.

To support the anticipated high foot traffic across these areas, Pavement Innovations were engaged to supply the Bautek Bound System – BOND, BED and GROUT – ensuring long term durability across key paved zones at the precinct entry, including cobbles and slab installations.

The landscape design by UDLA further enhances the space, incorporating the relocation of two striking Canary Island Date Palms as a defining feature of the precinct.
