As part of the Thornlie-Cockburn Line, Nicholson Road Station connects passengers to Perth CBD in just 26 minutes. It features Bautek Pavement Products’ JOINTSET and KILN DRIED WHITE SAND from the unbound system, chosen to withstand heavy foot traffic, minimising joint erosion and pavement movement.

The station features a bus interchange with seven stands, 1000 parking bays, public toilets, kiosks, pedestrian and cycle access.
